How did you get started with fitness modeling?
As a grown up, I have always had a passion for being physically and motivated, and for that reason changed my energy in ways that would benefit me. I started playing competitive football and training in the field, and for me it was a hand in lifting weights at the gym. Training at the gym has really changed my life, and I always try to adapt my abilities and abilities to new things I had never experienced before, which eventually leads me to fitness modeling. From the fashion show runway to the best competition in the fitness industry, my confidence and ability has grown exponentially and today the drive is even more alive today.
Where is your motivation?
I am inspired by the changes that I see in my life as I watch my videos. The feedback I get is the most amazing feeling and keeps me motivated when I know that I am capable of making a difference in people's lives. Now I take that as a responsibility and keep motivating people, which is why it affects me.
Which exercise routine has worked best for you?
High-intensity training is working very well. Low rest period to keep heart rate high, so burn more fat. I do a lot of sets in a short period of time, and will add vest circuits to my weight twice daily each week, to really burn fat.
If you only have 3 exercises, what will they be and why?
Dips: They stimulate your chest, shoulders, triceps, and even the muscles of the back stabilizer.
Pull-ups: They work primarily on your waist, arms, and shoulders.
Squats: They work your legs and core.
With these three exercises, every muscle in the human body is being recruited.
